GSC- sure there could be tens of millions that are blue collar that are hiding their feelings. I just don’t see it at all and I have lots of blue collar friends. Just because I have money doesn’t mean I live at a golf course. These people have to reason to hide their beliefs around other GOP. Thus, I will stick with my belief that you won’t find 80m that belief the election was stolen. I’m not saying there aren’t tens of millions that don’t belief it BUT not 80m.

On the one hand, they say the MAJORITY believe the election was stolen. On the other, they say they FEAR voicing it because they’ll be ostracized.

Why would the vast majority fear stigmatization by the extreme minority?

It’s not by the extreme minority.

They fear the deeply organized groups that head hunt for conservatives.

I’ll share a story with you that illustrates this.

I have a friend in town. He made a Facebook group for adults to talk politics. “Anything goes” invites group sort of thing.

His daughter caught on about it. She’s a huge progressive. She told a friend of hers about it.

His daughters friend made a fake account, took screen shots of the banter on the site and sent it to his employer.

3 days later he was fired.

Similar things happen all the time and Trumpers know they are at risk.
