Haven’t really looked but I will say that I’m not particularly invested in it either way. I simply remembered hearing it. It was also 10 or so years ago which may have signed with Akin saying it and then the research against it appearing so diligently as the machine does. So whatever either way.

As far as the crime statistics, the numbers GSC posted aren’t wildly different from the set Warden posted. His overall point is exactly the same. Though I bet I could visit New York and enjoy it without seeing anything overt, but who knows.
I didn’t yet. But I don’t think it would be that outside of possibility. Trauma definitely affects pregnancies. The question would be, does a cite trauma like this have the same effect. It also depends on how you define violent cities. If it’s per capita, you can have a town with 2,000 people and 1 murder and it would rate higher than much more dangerous cities but I don’t think anyone would claim the small town is more dangerous.

Crime stats are measured by dividing the total number if index crimes by the region’s population and multiplying that times 100,000.
