In your opinion, what should happen if irrefutable proof of election fraud surfaces, enough to change result of election? Not what the constitution allows, but what you think should happen.
Let’s say there was proof of election fraud (there isn’t - because it didn’t happen).
But if it did - I think there would need to be an investigation into who was involved. Let’s say Biden knew about and encouraged it. Then he should be impeached. If a conviction were to happen the line of succession kicks in.
Pretty simple if you ask me.

There is literally no mechanism for “reinstating” Trump. None. Yet you believe it.

Decent plan, other than the rightful victor not in WH. Unless, the house votes that person in as speaker (even if not a member of the house) then follow the line of succession. I know, it would never happen-regardless of party/person.
There are many mechanisms for restoring Trump. A Supreme Court decision on who won the election would compel restoration. So would a military coup. Military coups work very well, because the first course of action would be shut down media and communications. There cannot be an impeachment hearing for someone illegally serving as president. You don’t impeach imposters. You remove them empowered by a writ from the court. In a best case scenario, Biden, Kamala, and Pelosi could get some jail time for collusion, but that favorable disposition would be wonderful but unlikely. Democrats have a penchant for staying out of prison, the best example of this is Hillary Clinton who broke enough laws to be sentenced to
30,000 years in prison… This last statistic is not hyperbole, but fact based on federal statutes.
I have never understood why 51 turned into a liberal. If my memory serves me correctly, and sometimes now it doesn’t, I recall 51 was once a conservative. Admittedly, I am fond of 51, and I’ve tried to persuade him to mend his ways and become more deservingly skeptical of the left, but sadly I have failed putting him on a straighter path to Zion. Bikki I’ve talked about this at length. I consider myself more of a moderate. There are certain conservative ideals that are important to me (anti abortion, low taxes, limited government).
There are certain liberal ideals that are also important to me (acceptance of the LBGTQ community).
Trump was a horrible president. He thrives on chaos, and that’s not someone that should be occupying the Oval Office. His inability to handle COVID as well as his inability to bring a nation together post George Floyd. And this cost him the election. Rightfully so.
The major problem we face as a nation nowadays - and this comes from both sides of the aisle - is that both parties have gone to their opposite poles. No one is coming to the middle to try to compromise. It’s nothing but tribalism and name calling.

Go down the line and each individual you come up with is invalid. If this election was tainted they all need to be investigated going back to every last sitting elected official.
OR you can seat the DULY ELECTED President.
That would be the easy fix. And the logical conclusion.
And then we can clean up the system and oust all these dirty rats for good.

Is election fraud resulting in a false president any different than a coup? One has guns, other doesn’t but end result is the same.
If fraud was that bad with lots of proof, I would hope that Biden would resign much like the democrats asked for a peaceful transition of power.
the liaison for the AZ audit has already released that the ballot count was the same as the county therefore I can’t see how anything changes.
