More About the Chauvin Trial

I believe it’s both, actually.

Knelt on the man’s neck unnecessarily for too long, then waited too long to allow him to be treated.

“In the absence of any of these realities.”

You’re hilarious.

There WERE other realities. And she’s basically admitting to it.

Okay, so now you’re no longer claiming the prosecutor announced there would be no indictment. Now you’re pivoting to saying that YOU feel the investigation should’ve ended there.

That’s not what the prosecutor said. He said this must be done right. He won’t rush justice.

He said there is other evidence that does not support a criminal charge. But he didn’t say that determination was made yet. He, in fact, said the opposite, that they need to take the time to go over everything.

It’s all in your video. The one you posted.

Again, GSC continues to contradict himself.

On one hand you say, based on the AD’s comments, he never should have been indicted.

On the other hand, you say you believe Chauvin is guilty of manslaughter.

If he’s guilty of manslaughter, why shouldn’t he have been indicted in the first place?

Is it because you would be entirely fine with him getting away with a crime in the first place?

The evidence seems to me to prove there was no crime, not even manslaughter. Chauvin had the responsibility of keeping Floyd suppressed until help arrived. A handcuffed giant such as Floyd was still a threat. It was his duty not to allow him to hurt others. Bear in mind Chauvin only weighs 140 lbs, so he had to use a recommended Minneapolis Police procedure to keep the perp suppressed and defuse the hysteria. I am beginning to think Chauvin was a hero.

You have followed much more closely than me. My statements are based on my knowledge of the reported events, not the trial information.

There were 3 other cops there. Don’t act like he was on his own.

I love it how @Stormfront posts shit everyone else read about 3 days earlier.

This makes no difference.

Lol. he’s always breaking 3-day-old news.

Congratulations and thank you for sharing that.

Nothing to be ashamed of.

The defense in the Chauvin case has not called its first witness yet So far Attorney Nelson is doing a better job than the hand-picked hired gun prosecutors.

Stormfront’s comment is important because that witnesses statement will be reiterated later in the trial.

51 so wants Chauvin to be found guilty that he has dismissed science. His opinion is much the same as other liberals and is based on emotion. Small wonder that the U.S. has to important engineers and other scientists from Asia. It is quite obvious Floyd was in the process of dying when first encountered by the police. His blood toxicology proves same. There was no damage whatsoever to Floyd’s neck, thyroid gland, or hyoid bone. There were no subcutaneous bruise found inside of the neck tissues.

Fentanyl can be lethal at .75 ng/mL. However habitual users such as 5 time loser George Floyd build up a tolerance to it. The average death reading of habitual users is 9.96 ng/mL. Floyd’s autopsy reported 11 ng/mL. His norfentanyl metabolite was 5.6. In addition, he had 19 ng/mL of methamphetamine, as well as cannabinoids. His free morphine level was 86 ng/mL. Floyd was Covid positive. He had severe heart disease with two heavily occluded arteries. He heart was significantly enlarged and his blood indicated the Sickle Cell trait. He also tested positive for cotinine, meaning he was a smoker. Floyd’s lungs contained three times the normal level of fluid.

Floyd was complaining of not being able to breathe while struggling with cops. He was also foaming at the mouth, and cops suspected a drug overdose and at that time called for an ambulance. Since fentanyl causes stomach distress and Floyd was foaming at the mouth, the official protocol as outlined in the police manual is to handcuff the suspect face down in order that the suspect not drown on his own vomit. Putting him on his stomach also makes the ambulance gurney transfer easier. Floyd did not die during the time Chauvin had his knee on his back. Dr. Baker testified that Floyd died in the hospital after CPR treatment.

Chauvin violated no police procedure according to the handbook. Chauvin is not a doctor and had no idea of the health of the struggling giant. How can you be so absolutely certain 51 that Floyd died by the weight of Chauvin’s knee on his back. Why do you not perceive that there is an enormous amount of reasonable doubt that Chauvin committed any crime whatsoever, and Floyd died from an overdose due to a failing heart and fluid congested lungs. It has been proven incontrovertibly in court through photography that Chauvin’s knee was never on Floyd’s neck.
