Trump was an outstanding businessman. He turned millions of dollars into billions. Some of his projects failed, but in totality, he has been magnificent in terms of business achievement. Trump created tens of thousands of private sector jobs, improved the lives of thousands.
I know a great number of successful people. Almost all of them have suffered business loses. I myself went through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy when I became a partner in a Nicaraguan coffee business. In so far as the loan business in New York, Trump did like any smart investor, putting together a favorable loan application on which the banks subsequently did their due diligence, approved the loans, and all the borrowed monies were paid back in full.
As to his character, one only need to look at his children. There are no Hunter Biden’s in his flock. His children are wholesome winners, chips off the old block, none with purple hair or nose rings. Trump neither smokes nor drinks
Elite80, for Jews to vote for Kamala is like chickens voting for Col. Sandlers. Trump is the more ardant supporter of Israel and its fight against the homicidal maniacs who persecute its citizens. A cease fire should come in Israel only when Hamas is roundly defeated and the border with Egypt completely secured. Imagine being told that you must negotiate with kidnappers. Civilized humans don’t hold others for ransom.

You have your principles and it’s within your rights to make decisions based on said principles. One thing I will say about you Elite80, we may not see eye to eye on a lot of things, but we are still able to have those discussions without the need for personal attacks. I appreciate that.
