One minute drill. Go.

Take a shot. Lame not to do so.

Mario is PISSED!!!

I hope he screams at the OL.

This is the truth. They clamped down our run game and their coverage has been pretty good. Even their lines are not getting as manhandled as I hoped.

Props to the Gators. They didn’t tire or give up so far. They bit down and fought back on D and are getting pretty tough to score against. At least when we keep making self-inflicted mistakes.

During every game so far this year, Miami goes into a swoon for several drives during the game. All of sudden, Beck looks feckless, throwing off of one leg, inaccurately, unable to attain a rhythm. Then the rushing game abandons the trap plays that were working and goes to direct handoffs, no motion, easy to defend since there’s no play action or deception.

The one hidden receiver play to the TE was a good call. Why in the world does Miami never uses slant plays which keep LBs busy and open up rushing plays.

How many times has Miami been called for illegal procedure on offense. Why the hell is the center lifting the ball before the snap. The guy is a senior with four years experience.

On fourth down, in the redzone, with purportedly one of the best pass offenses in the country, ahead of a team that has only 25 yards of offense, why not go for the TD rather than kicking a field goal. It shows a lack of faith in the offense.

I think the Gators D is forcing Miami to play ball control and avoid the shots deep. It’s keeping them in the game. Have to figure out a way to get the ball down the field.

I don’t mind taking the FG on that 4th down. We’re leaving points on the field, no doubt, but you gotta keep increasing the score. Our offense isn’t clicking. No point compounding mistakes.

I am looking for Miami to come out in the second half and regain poise on offense. I’d love to Lyle get some touches. Same goes for Trader. I noticed that Beck is much more accurate throwing passes to WRs who are crossing in front of him rather than running parallel routes. Beck’s mechanics were off much of the first half. What happened to quick release passes, letting the ball go before accosted by defensive charge.

Damn pit in my stomach.. not sure why it feels like this is a “must score” possession for Miami

Tush push on 4th.

Damn zebras…stole one there

should be 7

Not Tom Petty’s best game.

How does that whistle get blown? That was a clean touchdown.

Bad whistle.

I think they way things are going tonight, The Gates are going to break their goosegg with a defensive TD.. off a fumble or a Beck INT.

Another stupid play. He should have stepped up and caught the punt inside the five.

He wasn’t even close to down and his forward progress was not stopped. Should be reviewable.

Another parallel route, another poor throw. Let the receivers break on their routes.

Beck doesn’t do well with parallel routes. Hard to tell if he’s throwing to the short man or the deep man. The receivers don’t know either.
