Doesn't seem to be as much stock market talk in here nowadays

awww yes…The little cunt outs himself as a true commie

He really does think he is entitled to someone else’s money

And then included a cute little social media type “boot-licker” reference. Not thinking anyone owes you shit = bootlicking. Communism = cool and fair

The board’s new commie cunt has spoken.

You know, I was going to post the data and a rebuttal, but then I read your last few comments again, “The world will be good or it won’t.” That is the most honest thing you’ve ever written on here. It’s not an economic theory; it’s a white flag. It’s the realization that after all the ‘research’ and 2am insults, you’re still just a 50 yr old guy sitting alone with a gambling app and a message board.

You hate equality because you’re terrified that in a fair world, you’ve already lost. You’re a spectator in your own life, poor thing. I’ve been wrong; I’ve tried treating you like a man with actual data and argument substance. But, your comment is exactly what a kid says when he loses a game and pretends he wasn’t playing. You’re 50 years old, dude. You have no job, no partner, no stakes in the future so you spend your nights lashing out at “socialism” and women because you’re terrified of the world and your place in it.

You aren’t a researcher or a hard truth teller, dude. You’re just lonely and overcompensating. Everyone on here, even me, feels a smidge of pity for you.

You know, I was going to post the data and a rebuttal,

But you didn’t because there isn’t any data that changes the fact I don’t think people are obliged to give anything beyond a very small reasonable amount. You do…And you meltdown over it because you are a meltdown prone little fuckin cunt (not because you are any nobler than any of the rest of us) who has never learned to control his inept emotions. You inflict yourself on the world around you including this message board.

What “data” can change that?

but then I read your last few comments again, “The world will be good or it won’t.” That is the most honest thing you’ve ever written on here.

Again this board existed long before you, you dickriding, attention starved, troll-type cunt, so how would you know what I’ve written? And then there were all your little disappearances when you took your ball and ran home on and off over the last couple years. Yada yada…Such an overly dramatic little spazz

you’re still just a 50 yr old guy sitting alone with a gambling app and a message board.

Countless gambling apps, street books, friends in Vegas, friends in the islands, etc, etc…What’s wrong with this? I gotta pay bills and live in the world just like you so I have to be sharp with it? And imagine you commenting on this message board, you literally came to it to inflict your bleeding heart on us all in full troll mode.

Lashing out at “socialism” and women because you’re terrified of the world and your place in it.

Nah I’m absolutely at peace with my place in the world…You on the other hand seem to have a problem with yours AND everyone else’s place in the world. Lashed out at women? I really don’t know what that means…I’m cool with women, although I probably wouldn’t be cool with your meltdown prone little SJW cunt wife, just like I don’t respect you, you dramatic little commie fuckboy .

You hate equality

Aboslutlely false. I love equality…I don’t come from much myself but I’m cool with not wanting anything from anyone. I never have in my life. And many MEN I know who come from the bottom or difficult spots (some women can be different and I guess a small percent of men) seem to be the same way, they laugh at spazz out maniac social justice assheads like you who think they have a right to speak for them when there isn’t one aspect of their life they can relate to…LITERALLY NOT ONE. You do provide a lot of comedy for us though, we enjoy laughing at you and your tantrums

t, your comment is exactly what a kid says when he loses a game and pretends he wasn’t playing.

What the fuck is this dude even talking about? Tries relating to lives, jobs, activities he doesn’t know a fucking thing about. Get some pride man. That dickrider wannabe shit isn’t cool, nor is it any type of flex. I do what I’m good at… some(but not all) is what I enjoy. What’s the problem here?

You’re 50 years old, dude. You have no job, no partner, no stakes in the future so you spend your nights lashing out at “socialism” and women because you’re terrified of the world and your place in it.

Again we have another rant where he does nothing but wax about shit he knows nothing of.

I don’t care if I have a partner or not? I don’t understand why you are obsessed with this.

You’re just lonely and overcompensating.

I don’t know what lonely feels like…If you mean “alone” as in single…Yes I’m single and have been for a couple years now . I don’t get lonely, not sure what it even feels like. I wouldn’t rule it out in the long run but not being alone isn’t any final goal of mine, I’ve always enjoyed being alone.

Loudmouth phony type people like you who need to feel like they are a part of something usually cannot comprehend this.

I mean you are partnered or married or engaged, whatever you are…And look at what a maniac you are? Yeah…the old lady is really working wonders for you junior

I am fond of Russia because I spent a great deal of time living in Russia, even owned an apartment in Moscow, not to mention my late wife being born in Leningrad. Even today, I am a principal in a joint venture real estate partnership in Moscow. Russia has played a major role in European history, and indeed Russia is a major influence within the realm of Western Civilization. Warden is quite wrong in his assertion that Russia is not a part of Western Civilization.

I support Russia over Ukraine for a host of reasons Crimea for instance was part of Russia for centuries. Russian is the most common language in streets of Sevastopol, and is the language of instruction in the region’s schools. Were Crimeans given a plebiscite they’d choose to be governed by Russia, not Ukraine. The same is true throughout the Donbas, many of its residents lost their citizenship with the breakup of the Soviet Union. Ukraine has never had a successful government; the nation is mired in corruption, and Kiev became a center of human depravity. The country was ruled by a handful of oligarchs and was the last contemporary stronghold of Third Reich style Nazis. Small wonder the Red Army devastated the city of Mariupol, the Nazi headquarters.

Russia has thrived under Putin despite its treatment by Western European globalist. While no doubt Putin is an authoritarian leader, he has been adroit in enhancing the lives of Russian citizens and revitalizing the cities and towns of his country. Putin is the most successful and arguably the best leader ever to lead Russia. The resources of Russia coupled with a formidable military, that has some advanced weapons even the U.S. does not have, make Russia almost invulnerable to Western sanctions and Russia simply cannot possibly lose the war in Ukraine. Russia will not allow an armed enemy agency on its southern border any more than the U.S. would allow missiles in Cuba. Trump incidentally is right that there would never have been a Russian invasion had he, not Biden, been president.

In taking a macro look at the situation in Europe, it is advantageous, having peaceful relations with Russia, especially with regard to economic matters, rather than seeing Russia moving farther into the Chinese orbit of influence. My ideal future remedy would be for Europe to dismantle NATO with both Russia and Ukraine being partners with all European nations part of a total European common market. That may too idealistic and may take years or even decades of mediation, but continental European unity would certainly be a splendid achievement.

Warden, your last post was both mean and insensitive, and I resent your denigration of my life’s work which involved a great deal of toil, considerable risk, and challenging decision-making. It’s quite obvious that money does provide greater liberty to those who have it than to those who don’t.

Quite obviously my business success was not derived from education serving as a teacher, disciplinary dean, and an educational consultant and inspector for the U.S. Department of Education as well as U.S. Office of Economic Opportunity. In 1967, I embarked on my career in real estate that lasted more than forty years during which I engaged in several domestic real estate partnerships and a foreign partnership in the Soviet Union.

During 1990’s, I became a blog editor devoted to IPOs, published bimonthly for a number of years. It was during the heyday of the dot com explosion that I learned ways to gain advantage trading IPO shares. I had more than sixty brokerage accounts at E-Trade, Witt Capital, Wedbush Morgan, and Friedman Billings and Ramsey. Somehow the lowly Spanish teacher whom Warden cites “didn’t earn shit” bought the most expensive house sold in Escambia County in the year 1980. Attached find a picture of the said premises I’ve called home off an on for the past forty-five years.

I worked my entire life slavishly. I did receive a minor legacy from my grandfather’s estate, but my fortune was self-made. My life was so disciplined that I never owned a television until my wife was stricken by Alzheimer’s from which she succumbed. I learned to be a plumber, electrician, painter, roofer, and carpenter during my days of being a landlord.

My sentence having to do with faux tolerance being tantamount to stupidity was based on Einstein’s definition of stupidity.

Sure man, and as a chemist and an attorney as I recall too, right? I like ya, bud. You can be whatever you want to be. I’m just a dude who was going to be a professor of History that couldn’t pull it off, lost everything and ended up logistics, then got a lucky break. So, I’m definitely not the example for anyone.

I know for sure I couldn’t afford the Sabine property. I think it’s shitty Rottenberry calls it a tear down but a nice lot.

Warden, I sold my home this month to a plumbing contractor from Baton Rouge. He intends on tearing it down which I find lamentable. Architecturally, it is a marvel and was featured in many magazines. It was a landmark home on Pensacola Beach, and it was a wonderful place to live. I saw the same thing happen in Boca Raton where I owned three homes in the past. Location is everything in real estate, and buyers are willing to tear down existing homes regardless of their past glory to erect structures they find more pleasing. In so doing they commit grievous errors and IMO both destroy beauty and bury history. This too happened in Pensacola when governing idiots razed the gorgeous San Carlos Hotel from the very center of downtown Pensacola. See attached photo.

Presently, I am building a home in Pensacola on the high bluffs of Escambia Bay where I won’t experience the annual anxiety of hurricane season. As I am one person, it will be what I would term a Mediterranean fish camp with arches, balustrades and pillars. It will have a simulated tile metal roof, a large balcony overlooking a view of three miles of open water. I will build a 400 ft dock out into the bay with a covered roof for my boat. The house will have an elevator, so this old man won’t have to endure constantly ascending and descending steps.
