THIS IS WHY STORM LAUGHS WHEN YOU TALK SHIT ABOUT FAKE NEWS…
AT LEAST TWO THIRDS OF THAT POST IS FAKE NEWS YOU YOURSELF ARE CREATING…
JUST TO BE CLEAR AND FAIR FISH IS PROBABLY LIMITED IN WHAT CAN SAY EVEN IF HE KNOWS BUT HE DOES KNOW AT LEAST TWO OF THOSE STATEMENTS ARE NOT THE WHOLE TRUTH…
CATFISHY WHO’S HIRING HIM THE “PRESIDENT?”
THE ESTUPID STUPIDER STUGOTZ SHIT YOU GUYS BELIEVE THAT A PRESIDENT OR AN AD IS HIRING SOMEONE FOR A JOB OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS THE PEOPLE CONTROLLING THE MONEY WILL PAY WITH BUT WON’T HAVE A SAY IN IT IS HILARIOUS…
I’m definitely concerned from what I saw last night. However, this is the same team that went on the road and knocked off Ohio st…. Which is something that would’ve never happened under any of our previous coaches since we fell off.
Also we have seen him win titles in the past so it isn’t a hopeless situation.
The bottom line is that Miami decision makers want him badly and were probably going to get him as he has a sick mother that he needs to be close to.
But more important than any of this is that it seems we will have money invested to revamp the program and a new AD with a track record of overseeing winning coaching staffs. That was always the biggest problem at Miami and it looks like it’s being fixed finally
If they sign Mario and he fails, they won’t be able to fire him for years.
I think he would do okay at Miami. Might win the Coastal, might even win the ACC, doubt Miami will win a NC again but I could be wrong. He can recruit and that is the only way to get better.
The rumor is if UM fails to sign Mario, they will just keep Manny for next season. I would hope they would take a shot at Kiffin but maybe they won’t.
Who knows what the truth is? We’ll just have to wait and see as usual.
This is fair…I’ve wondered it too. But I have to think Morehead had his say?
Also, as Bad as Brown has been in Utah…He has been good in other games. And obviously we aren’t at practice. He has a couple highly rated kids in the stable maybe they are busts? I believe one was rates a dual threat, but maybe Brown is just a better runner?
Utah is a very good team and they evaluate and develop with anyone…They’ve had over 20 kids go the last 4 drafts and this team is as good as all them on paper. 2 of those losses came with Baylor’s old QB Brewer then they switched QBs. I watched the Holy War this year and Brewer was atrocious.
Cristobal is not my number one option…But I think he can work at UM and he’s an upgrade. I personally wouldn’t pay him 7-8 million but I’m not the one signing the checks.
The problem is not the coach. The problem is the overall philosophy and attitude at Miami which determines money and resources to be spent. Until that is solved it wouldn’t matter if Saban or Meyer or whoever was here.
Mario has done a great job when it comes to recruiting. That is his forte. I think his time with Saban may have honed his skills. The rise of Oregon recruiting is an important consideration inasmuch as traditionally Oregon has not been a monster recruiting school. Mario is also a good fit at Miami. No doubt he loves the Hurricanes, and he already has a lot of support in the community. UM is HOME to Mario.
Yes, I’d rather have Willingham, but Willingham is not going to leave Utah. He’s a BYU graduate, a Morman, and he’s much at home in the State of Utah. He’s an excellent coach.
If Mario can delver top 10 recruiting classes, I see no reason why he will not be successful at UM. Losing to Utah is really not that big of a disgrace. If Mario can land us the big guys, LBs, DEs and stellar athletes, I think he’ll be our best hire in two decades. Furthermore, I hope we hire the Clemson AD.
YOU HAVEN’T LEARNED HOW THE MIAMI STUGOTZ MAFIA WORKS?
HE LOSES 3 GAMES NEXT YEAR THERE WILL BE A POST MOST LIKELY FROM THE CATA FIRST ABOUT HOW POOR A COACH HE IS AND HOW WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHEN FIU FIRED HIM…
THIS IS ALL PREDICTABLE THAT IS WHY YOU CAN’T RUN TEAMS LISTENING TO STUGOTZS…
HARBAUGH WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED 3 YEARS AGO DOING THAT AT MIAMI…
Go get the best coordinators money can buy. Easier said than done obviously but we better swing our bat. If the big money crew is serious, they make sure Mario makes that his first priority after getting some of these local recruits back on our side.
Cristobol’s offensive coordinator and QB coach Joe Moorhead just signed to become head coach of the Akron Zips. No that’s one guy who won’t come with Mario.
