There is no “delta variant.” I’ve already posted an article about this detailing why.
There is a “delta mutation” but that isn’t indicative and all inclusive of a “variant or “strain” because the behavior of the virus doesn’t change.
In many cases “mutations,” particularly single mutations as the delta, make a virus LESS virulent and dangerous.
It’s usually multisystem and genome changes (successful ones) that are considered new “variants” or “strains” that are more dangerous.
This delta is bunk. It’s meant to market new lockdowns.

Yes, everyone knows this. This has been the party line since over a year ago. Virus mutations tend toward more infectious and less deadly so the virus has a greater chance of propagating.
And a less chance of killing the host.
Mutations happen in almost every host. Variants are mutations that become dominant over prior variants/mutations. Thus, delta is different but not by enough to raise additional concerns.

Case numbers are up 10x since the mandate was dropped a month ago. The idea is to mask up, vaccine, and limit the propagation of the virus. Less spread = less mutation.
