I’m not proving a rule. I’m merely proposing that sexuality is an extremely complicated process that can skew from “normal” in about a thousand ways. Even bill will support the idea of sexuality being a spectrum to some extent. The point is, there are a LOT of strange cases that can come up. The human body is weird.

But 99.9999999% of the time- when the body is healthy and operating normally - there are 2 sexes. Make and female.
I might disagree with the percentage but mostly agree with the premise. If someone insists they’re in the wrong body, I wouldn’t call anything about that normal. In other words, all trans people fall outside your scope, so you’re essentially saying “If people aren’t trans then there are 2 sexes.”
I guess what I’m saying is, when you apply all those “normal” caveats to your statement, it effectively becomes meaningless.
Another thing about the “2 sexes” thing is the spectrum aspect, or the idea that one guy might be more manly than another, due to hormonal variation and all that. I don’t think the vast majority of this variance would fall outside the scope of the standard 2 sexes, but it does make you wonder if and where the line is drawn between the two.
