Banking is controlled by a few (Check, that is mostly true), Tech is controlled by a few (Check, that is mostly true), medical is controlled by a few (Check, that is mostly true)… There are cases were each isn’t true AND they don’t all work behind closed doors to retain their positions of power by weakening competition within the other industries. I could keep going on but I think you get the picture.

There are so many layers to this that I can’t blame anyone for wanting to believe Trump was going to fix shit, the election was stolen, the pandemic is a scam… I honestly am concerned for the country as the path forward is not getting easier at all. Term limits, campaign finance reform, anti-trust enforcement, tax law reform…

Elite, I respect you on here but have to disagree with this. The vaccine is probably advisable for folks at risk but you can’t point to the outliers and have to let folks live their lives with their own risk preferences. We have no freaking clue about the long term effects of this. And the majority of young healthy Americans aren’t affected. Why can’t we leave it at that?

I can say it because we are no where close to March 2020 hysteria and likely much closer to March 2019 than March 2020. Sure there are talks of masks and vaccines but everything is pointing toward getting back to 2019 life.
We are still having covid convos because College Football hasn’t kicked off! Plus, people are trying to write/rewrite history. Bikki has gone from Trump is a hero to the Vaccine is “shit” in a matter of a month or two. I’ve gone from the vaccine works to holy shit Pfizer’s vaccine has likely failed at one of it’s primary jobs (stopping transmission). Everyone wants to jockey for position on who was right/wrong while the virus is going to virus (I believe that is what you said).
As my normal job starts to pick back up and my rental businesses get more of my time, I likely won’t be nearly as interested in debating with a bunch of people on a Miami board about Covid. Heck, I’m already getting tired of the same run around crap. It is one big circle jerk no matter what side you are on. Said another way, it is a great waste of time and brain function.

Indiana the risk are greater if you catch Covid and are not vaccinated than if you get the vaccine and catch Covid. This has been proven.
The point is it is not just about you…people need to have some compassion for others.
The problem is the left asks for compassion for everyone except someone that doesn’t support the lefts beliefs. There is also a difference between having compassion and having to give up ones own rights.
