Wrong!!! And to lead with such a fucking statement about logic impaired. How embarrassing.
The AG lawsuit is a civil one. He’s not AG yet because he feels his election was tampered with. I’m simply saying that he seems to have some balls (and some legal know how being he ran for AG) and I’m actually comparing it to the other CIVIL SUITS that were either thrown out or did not proceed over the past 2 years. Statement had NOTHING TO DO with Brnovich. Lol.
See above. Why would I compare a civil suite against a Prosecutors investigation?
Now you would be correct to assume I have no faith in Brnovich but I’ve publicly disclosed this over and over. Storm has chastised me a bit over it. I think my assumptions have proven right but this has nothing to do with him.
“Maybe we finally have someone with balls” means that you don’t currently. It’s that simple. You can do all the mental gymnastics you want, but that’s what that statement means.
On top of that, you’re admitting you have no faith in the current AG now, which was my entire point to begin with. That “open investigation” of his is going nowhere. Also my point. Seeing a trend here?
So I’m hopeless, a liar, vile, and have no humility?
Because I’m clarifying what I actually meant?
@thre305ive - most of those litigants that filed suit in 2020 didn’t follow through all the way to the Supreme Court (either State or Federal). They didn’t demand a hearing or hold these, what I believe are, activist judges, accountable.
I believe this guy will. I think he’ll take it to the Arizona SCOTUS if he needs to.
That was my comment’s meaning. I don’t understand why that offends you.
And I certainly don’t understand why Chihuahua over here has to get ridiculously personal on every comment. Fucking clown.
I do believe that Brnovich is a clown and that this other AG would be better. But my comment wasn’t about him vs Brnovich. It was about the civil case.
Why would a court force a potentially fraudulent certification?
Imagine going to the court and saying this guy sent me a fraudulent wire transfer and the judge says “we have to put it through first in order to do anything about it”
