Special teams have been special in the wrong way.
This team is really unlikeable.

Until the offensive line gets fixed, it doesn’t matter who’s calling the plays.
King missed Brison wide fucking open to hit a diving ball dropper.
They better start playing X! Harley with 3 drops. Arroyo looks like a man that needs more touches.

And should’ve called timeout after third down. Would rather have the ball with 2:30 seconds and two TOs than 2 min and three TOs
That’s an understatement. They are in the back field every play.
The OLine is atrocious.
Gaynor and rivers - no communication and Harris did his best. This OL sucks.
The OL needs a complete overhaul.
Bad line, you speed up play, avoid taking deep drop. Bad team. Poorly coached. No poise.
App. State is liable to run us out of the stadium. Depressing as hell.
Take King out.

This is a bad football team. I’m going to say it. Fire Manny Diaz. Fire Blake James first!
King is missing a ton of open guys. The OL is missing a bunch of blitzes. Four or more drops! Penalties. Unspecial teams. Yet another game that Miami looks slow at DB.
How hard is it to block 52, he’s their biggest threat on D. Harley dropping everything and running backwards on his catches doesn’t help build any confidence in this offense. Hopefully Miami makes the halftime adjustments they usually do.
This game should be 19-14. The stupid alignment penalty on a td run and blocked fg are inexcusable.
We play like this, we’ll have a losing season. We’re not playing Alabama. Where is our rushing offense. Where is Miami deception. We don’t fool anybody. I thought this year we were going to have a rushing game. We’re as one dimensional as we were last year.
We should speed up tempo. No deep drops. Pass should be out of QBs hands in less than 35
seconds. Put a second RB in backfield. Flair it out to backs since we can’t run the ball. Use the tall TE who should be a match up problem on all short stuff.
This game should be 21-7 or 28-7. Anyone that says it is all about talent is blind. This Miami team has a ton more talent yet can’t put it together. Even if Miami does win, this looks like a poorly coached team.
A second half in which Miami out scores App 28-3 or something like that is the only thing that I think walks me off the ledge with this team.

If we lose this, I think this team could crater pretty fast. I would expect that Michigan State would have an excellent chance to beat us at noon next week as well and it could spiral out of control on Manny pretty quickly. I’m not sure he has it in him to get the players’ minds right in order to right the ship either. That OL is so bad it’s almost comical. It doesn’t look like we’re gonna get what we need on signing day for that group either is the worst part. When the hell does it get better?
