Yea - I see that. Explain to me how publishing a meme “oppresses” someone to “freely exercise” their right? It just doesn’t follow.
Blocking a poll place? Sure
Physically intimidating someone from voting? Sure.
But publishing a meme… that someone would have to believe first, even though it is obviously spurious information… and on top of that, when you text the number you are told to go vote in person. Going to be really difficult to get a conviction if he doesn’t take a plea.
I think the FBI would have more traction investigating why 5 states stopped counting simultaneously (all swing states mind you) and then started counting again, in the middle of the night, as though directed… and then all of them, who were presenting leads for Trump suddenly were showing leads for Biden.
Or maybe they would be better served talking to Ruby Freeman and her daughter.
But no- this meme master from 2016 is definitely worth pursuing over those newer, more obvious fraud allegations.
Somewhat tongue-in-cheek…but do we really want someone’s vote to count if they don’t understand the basic mechanics of the voting system? Seriously, despite the fact we had a reality star as president we still aren’t close to running this country like American Idol.

No, I kept asking why wasn’t it being presented in court.
It was! The judges made summary decisions on their statements instead of examining them in an evidentiary hearing!
Well, first of all, stop saying “posting a meme” and start saying “tricking people into fake voting instead of real voting.”
Once you start calling it what it is, you might understand the problem.
This is blatantly false. Not even your source claims that. A couple of days before the election, texting that number gives you a reply to sign up for HFA at the real number. The reply does NOT mention voting. This is why it is so difficult to reason with you, GSC, because you invent facts.
And maybe this correction message was finally added a few days before the election… It didn’t catch people who texted it beforehand.
Stop with the whataboutism. Sure, the FBI could do other things. This topic is about what this person did. They have a whole history of disinformation. Are you really going to excuse a bad actor just because they were on your party’s side?
Here’s some whataboutism…
Should he and the disinfo group he funded be indicted?
You’re not kidding. It’s like you can’t help yourself.
If there’s evidence of wrongdoing, sure.
Let’s face it. This billionaire’s gonna be fine. Not only does he have money, but there’s no evidence he broke the law. He helped finance a group that may or may not have.
Whatabout Whatabout Whatabout what’s next?
You don’t find it interesting these prosecutions seem to only go one way?
People that fell for that goofy meme (if any) probably don’t have the intelligence to be voting anyway.
Banana Republic.

Is there more than one prosecution going on right now?
Sure, just like people who willingly give money to scammers probably don’t deserve to have money. It’s still against the law.
Fine line between a joke (meme) and breaking the law. I don’t think he gets convicted but they might bully him to make an example.
Well, I’m sure a talented suite of lawyers will take on the case!
Oh wait, they all quit! With evidence as solid as this !
They quit because Trump is adamant about presenting election fraud evidence and they disagree. What’s the issue?
The issue is why attorneys don’t believe that evidence is valid.
Why do you assume it’s their belief in the evidence? My read was that they were objecting to the forum and the relevance.
